What is an Ay Score?

An Ay Score is one number out of 100 for how much of your demand you keep. We score how quickly you reply, what happens after a quote, your reviews, your visibility on maps and AI tools, and whether high-value homes see you as their mover.

Five parts. 20 points each.

  1. 01

    Reply speed 0 to 20

    The slowest of a test call, text and web form. 20 under 5 min, 15 under 15 min, 10 under 1 hour, 5 same day, 0 later or never.

  2. 02

    Follow-up 0 to 20

    In the 48 hours after a test quote request. 20 for two or more follow-ups, 10 for one, 0 for none.

  3. 03

    Reviews 0 to 20

    Up to 10 for rating and count at or above the local leader (5 for one). Up to 10 for answering every review in the last 90 days (5 for most).

  4. 04

    Visibility 0 to 20

    Up to 10 for top 3 on the map (5 for 4th to 10th). Up to 10 for being named by two or more AI tools (5 for one).

  5. 05

    Estate readiness 0 to 20

    10 for a white-glove offer with its own page, 5 for valuation and insurance details, and 5 for realtor or designer partners.
